About You:

We’re looking for a new Producer (Project Manager) to join our team based in our Southampton office. We’ve got a combination of long-standing client relationships and have onboarded some new and exciting brands so if you think it’s time to take the next step in your career, then come and join us!

What we're looking for is passion for advertising, a desire to learn and the ability to adapt and remain calm when the heat is on.

The Producer team are the ones who make things happen. Thriving on execution and process, from project initiation through to completion and delivery. Producers are fearless when it comes to detail and can work comfortably across all media.

You'll have people skills that will enable you to build relationships with clients so that you understand them, what they want, need and expect. You ensure their projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards, all whilst keeping track of our budgets.

Your attention to detail is second to none, you're the one that picks up mistakes in articles and on posters and wonders why no one stopped it getting through.

You’ve got experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency environment. Now you're looking for your next step in the world of marketing and project management.

Head of Producers Southampton/London

About You:

We’re looking for a new Head of Producers to join our team. With a combination of long-standing client relationships and four recent pitch wins there’s no better time to join us!

What we're looking for is passion for advertising and the ability to adapt and remain calm when the heat is on. The Producer team are the ones who make things happen. Thriving on execution and process, from project initiation through to completion and delivery.

You’ll be accountable for delivering exceptional standards of service across all client accounts and taking a top level approach to managing them, ensuring all projects are delivered on the brand goals. You guarantee consistency across client brands in terms of creative and understanding the brand objectives, all whilst capitalising on any upsell opportunities. You’ll also report on client account profitability and assist in managing required client investment to maximise growth potential from client accounts.

You’ll have proven experience of managing, mentoring, coaching and developing a team, along with people skills that will enable you to build and manage relationships with clients and colleagues. You ensure we have the right capacity and capability within the Producer team and assign these to the right accounts to deliver for our clients at the highest standard.

​You’ve got proven experience of leading an agency pitch team through pitch or procurement process and supporting in client contract negotiations. You can also demonstrate strong commercial awareness and have experience of financial forecasting and pipeline building.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing communications agencies as a Senior Project Manager/Producer, who’s looking for their next adventure in the world of marketing and project management.

Graduate Project Manager

About You:

At Dragonfish, we have continued to evolve and grow, which means we are now looking to build our project management team. You're probably looking for a way into the world of project management or consulting, which this role will expose you to both, so the future possibilities are endless, if you're willing to put the work in.

You’ll be assisting in the day-to-day planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget. Whilst working closely with the Project Manager, you will keep client information, project plans and other paperwork fully under control and updated in line with the demands of projects.

You will get stuck into project related communications to stakeholders, tracking project budget and spend and you will identify risks and issues proactively. You will also provide forecasting and quoting on projects, as well as developing and managing project plans.

You will ideally have some project coordination experience and show you can build and manage relationships with a variety of people. You will have a commercial awareness, with some experience managing budgets, forecasting, estimating, and reporting profitability.

You are a problem solver, providing and articulating appropriate solutions, and can flex your communication style depending on your audience and scenario. You will be able to effectively manage your workload in an unstructured environment and adapt to ever changing circumstances. You will have a keen eye for detail and will take ownership and pride in your work and promoting project management success through the team.
