This is a graduate level role, so we’re not expecting the earth. What we’re looking for is a passion for advertising, a desire to learn and the ability to adapt and remain calm when the heat is on.

The Producer (project management) team are the ones who make things happen. Thriving on execution and process, from project initiation through to completion. Producers are fearless when it comes to detail, and ensuring projects are run on time and on a budget. All our producers are trained in PRINCE 2.
You’ll have people skills that will enable you to build relationships with clients so that you understand them, what they want, need and expect. You ensure their projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards, all whilst keeping track of our budgets.
Your attention to detail is second to none, you’re the one that picks up spelling mistakes in articles and on posters and wonders why no one stopped it getting through.
Ideally you’ll have done some work experience whilst studying. If this was in a customer facing role or an agency environment, even better. Now you’re probably looking for your next step in the world of marketing, project management or account management – our Producers are a blend of all three so the future possibilities are endless, if you’re willing to put the work in.
