Deliver a series of high profile UK product launch events for one of our longest and biggest clients, contact lens manufacturer, CooperVision, to ensure its newest lens, MyDay®, is front of mind when eye care professionals prescribe daily disposables contact lenses. The events needed to be impactful, memorable and deliver the wow factor.
Full end-to-end event management of four events across the UK: London, Birmingham, Bristol and Leeds. Activities included venue sourcing and liaison, third-party supplier management with AV, venue dressing and branding, production of event materials and trade press liaison.
Eye-catching entertainment created drama and impact through the use of crystal ball jugglers, creation of a bespoke ice sculpture and LED pixel poi jugglers.
