With a tight budget and limited space, we delivered an epic program of PR, social and experiential activity for the OPL esports Grand Final. Activities included a sign-making area, green screen photos, face painting and tattoo artist booth, a dunk tank and a pro-player signing booth. We also managed all the swag bags, merchandise store, external signage and the Victoria Bridge light-up. To make Southbank the epicenter of esports, we worked with Brisbane Marketing to attract local and Sydney media and created unique feature stories around the grand final teams.

The final score? Over 3,000 attendees and, despite competition from the Olympics, 63 pieces of high profile media coverage including The Guardian, Triple J Hack, Mashable, and The Australian.
